Electra Woman and Dyna Girl is a Sid and Marty Krofft live action science fiction children's television series from 1976. The series aired 16 episodes in a single season as part of the umbrella series The Krofft Supershow. During the second season, it was dropped, along with Dr. Shrinker. When later syndicated in the package "Krofft Super Stars" and released on home video, the 16 segments, which were each about 12 minutes long, were combined into eight episodes.

Minako, a runaway from Osaka chasing her dream of becoming a singer, struggles through poverty, failed jobs, and exploitation in Tokyo. With the help of a kind old vendor, a supportive reporter, and eventually singer Akira Takarada, she finally gets her chance to shine on stage.

Film director, Joongrae, is preparing for his next movie but is unable to finish his script. So he pleads his friend, Changwook a production designer, to go with him on a trip even though Changwook had already made plans with his girlfriend, Moonsook, a composer. Eventually Changwook brings his girlfriend along and they all go on a trip to the west coast to visit Shinduri Beach Resort, which is covered with cherry blossoms and a flowing mist. There, Joongrae makes advances on Changwook's girlfriend, Moonsook. Already a fan of his films, Moonsook doesn't hide her interest. So later, while avoiding Changwook's eyes, the two spend a heated night together. But the next day Joongrae's face is filled with anxiety as he proposes to go back to Seoul. He and Moonsook then part awkwardly.

After the consequences of confinement and medical negligence, Rita returned to Mexico, where she lives with Juanita, her niece, and primary caregiver, in a context of precarious economic possibilities. A moving portrait of the lives of these two Tarahumara women, questioning the multiple forms of racism and discrimination that indigenous women in Mexico and the United States face.
